Beachside Health Studio is an experience unique to any other fitness center. The Health Studio is a state-of-the-art facility offering Physical Therapy, Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Pilates, Yoga, TRX, a variety of group classes and much more. All of the Health Studio services are supervised by licensed Physical Therapists to ensure highest quality and optimal results. Beachside Health Studio is dedicated to providing high-quality services to empower and drive their clients to heightened health and well-being. Beachside Health Studio is currently located in Indialantic, FL. The Studio is based centrally to all five insurance-based Physical Therapy clinics owned by Steve Ryland. The Health Studio has excellent connections with the local college, Florida Institute of Technology, local high schools, as well as a professional football connection.
Beachside Health Studio currently offers Pilates, Massage, Physical Therapy, Sport-Specific Golf Training, Personal Training and semi-private fi tness classes. Our unique staff includes two Physical Therapists, one Physical Therapy Assistant, two Personal Trainers, two Pilates Instructors, four Massage Therapists and four group class instructors.
The Health Studio is deeply involved in the community and participates in a number of community events including local marathons, charity events, health fairs, etc. The Health Studio donates and supports many local fundraisers and charities. It is the Health Studio’s mission to bring health and wellness to the community and to educate the community on the importance of maintaining a healthy body.
